I am a degree qualified Nutritionist, (Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition, Curtin University,Western Australia) and I am currently doing my Masters in Human Nutrition at Deakin University. In my career I have worked in a variety of positions in the food and wine industries.
As a mother of three children, I am especially interested in healthy living for mums and families. I love great food and wine and my goal is to enjoy my food and my life so I eat healthily (most of the time) and don't bother to strive for perfection. I also write about my love of wine on this blog.
